Our stainless steel & nickel-based alloys filters

Our range of stainless steel & nickel-based alloys filters is available on many shapes and can work under maximum temperature of 500°C under oxidizing atmosphere and of 600°C under reducing atmosphre. Alloy grades includes SS 316 L and 304 L. Ni alloys are available on request and allow to work under higher temparatures (up to 900°C with Hastelloy).

  • Common usage for food application.
  • Often used in oxidizing conditions, with nitric or organic acids (except formic and oxalic), with sulphuric, phosphoric or hydrochloric acids.
  • Heat resistant.

FAQ about sintered
stainless steel filters.

Loader image

Yes. Stainless steel sintered filters are commonly used in food and beverage applications thanks to their corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning, which supports the hygiene requirements of food-grade processes.

Stainless steel filters can operate up to 500°C in an oxidizing atmosphere and 600°C in a reducing atmosphere. For higher temperatures, nickel-based alloys such as Hastelloy extend this range up to 900°C.

Yes, they perform well in oxidizing conditions with nitric or organic acids (except formic and oxalic acids), as well as with sulphuric, phosphoric, or hydrochloric acids.

Yes, all shapes available in the stainless steel range : cartridges, tubes, candles, discs, plates, and cones, can also be manufactured on request in nickel-based alloys such as Inconel, Monel, or Hastelloy.
